By accessing or using the TemporaryNumber website at https://temporarynumber.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

TemporaryNumber provides temporary phone numbers for SMS verification purposes. The Service includes:

• Free SMS Numbers: Publicly shared phone numbers that receive SMS messages visible to all users. No account is required.
• Activations: Service-specific one-time verification codes (e.g., for WhatsApp, Telegram, and other platforms). Requires an account and sufficient balance.
• Number Rentals: Exclusive ownership of a phone number for a specified time period. All messages received during the rental period are visible only to you. Requires an account and sufficient balance.

We do not guarantee the availability, uptime, or deliverability of any phone number or SMS message. Phone numbers and their availability are subject to change without notice.

To access paid features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a secure password. You may also sign in using supported third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use paid features of the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may NOT use the Service to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
• Send or facilitate the sending of spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person or entity
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service to bypass security measures or verification systems of third-party platforms in violation of their terms of service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing content, suspending or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Certain features of the Service require payment. You may add funds to your account balance using the available payment methods (PayPal, cryptocurrency). All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).

No Refunds Once Provider Is Charged: When you purchase an activation or rental, the underlying telecom provider is charged immediately. Once the provider has been charged, no refund will be issued, even if you cancel or the booking expires. Your balance is only restored if the provider was never successfully charged (e.g., a technical failure during the confirmation step).

Balance Is Non-Transferable: Account balance cannot be transferred to another account, person, or entity. Balance cannot be withdrawn or converted back to cash or any other form of payment.

Pricing: Prices for activations and rentals are determined by the underlying telecom providers and may vary based on country, service, and availability. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TemporaryNumber and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Georgia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TemporaryNumber.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TemporaryNumber and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Failure to receive SMS messages or verification codes
• Unavailability or discontinuation of any phone number

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
• Conduct that may harm other users or the Service
• Failure to pay for services or engaging in payment fraud
• Upon request by law enforcement or government agencies

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
